Our cider is made with a specific blend of deep-flavored apples; we do not pasteurize, as it changes the flavor. But we do use a dash of potassium sorbate to prolong refrigerated shelf life up to 4 weeks. Unpreserved cider can be requested by calling us at 515-276-0852.
Last season we sold over 10 000 of our made-from-scratch Honeycrisp caramel apples. Our rich recipe uses ingredients like sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, molasses, butter, and vanilla.
